Hope you're amazing! Im Luther Rush III, hence the "ThirdRush" I have been a personal trainer since 2013. Fitness as been apart of my life since I started playing organized football at 6 all the way through College. Being a diabetic since 2001 has made me study food to understand how it effects the body. I've dedicated my whole life to fitness being in the gym 7 days a week. I have owned ThirdRush SportsPlex since 2015 out of Indianapolis, IN. There I have created and tested different workout regimens to better serve the needs of all my clients. Here I plan to share with the world workouts and diets that I absolutely believe in.
